Dear members and supporters of the Society,

​

Aubyn Live Theatre (Inc.) has legal duties and responsibilities to keep its members, and those who attend its activities, safe from injuries and infections.  The Committee of Aubyn Live Theatre (Inc) has discussed its duties to the organisation’s members and guests and with the Government's announcement that we will be moving to the traffic light framework on December 3rd, it's time to communicate to you all what that means moving forward.

Under the Covid Protection framework traffic light system, we are not able to operate under Orange or Red unless all our cast members, backstage personnel, patrons and visitors are fully vaccinated.

Post December 3rd:

​

·         All cast and crew before the commencement of rehearsals will be required to have their vaccination passport scanned or provide evidence of the applicable exemption.

·         All patrons and visitors before entering the building will need to have their vaccination passport scanned or provide evidence of the applicable exemption.

·         Any unvaccinated people will not be allowed to enter the building. They will be required to remain outside for the picking up and dropping off of children etc.

·         All visitors will be required to sign in using the Covid Tracer App or manual sign in sheet in the foyer.

·         If you have symptoms of Covid-19 we ask that you stay home and do not attend the Theatre.

While we respect your individual choice, we are required to ensure the safety of our members, families and wider community so the guidelines set out in this email must be followed to enable the Society to continue to produce shows and provide entertainment in a safe way.
